出于销售便利、批量化生产或简化落地流程的考虑,导致传递到设计师手中的常常是经过筛选甚至“阉割”后的产品信息。

 

In many projects, departmental walls originate on the supplier side, where information shared with designers is often filtered for sales efficiency, mass production, or simplified execution, leading to incomplete product understanding.

 

 

设计师在这样的模式下,往往成为被动接受信息的“被教育者”,难以全面把握材料、工艺与可实现性的真实情况。这种单向、封闭的信息传递方式,不仅限制了设计创意的发展,也最终影响了项目的完成质量。

 

推倒这堵墙,需要的不只是某一方的努力,而是供应商与设计团队的双向奔赴。

 

Under this model, designers become passive recipients of limited information, restricting their understanding of materials, craftsmanship, and feasibility. 在高定家居领域,木作与软装被视为“家的灵魂”,若各方仍固守本位、遇事即向外推责,最终损害的是整体交付效果与业主信任。打破这堵墙,需要团队提升站位格局,建立清晰且共担的责任机制,从“谁的问题”转向“我们一起解决”。
